A casual, mini book club, hosted by Alexandra Arnold, rooted in the science of positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry method to boost your energy and improve your overall sense of well-being. Using Jackie Kelm's book, Appreciative Living: The Principles of Appreciative Inquiry in Daily Life, we come together once a week for a month to learn new habits to stop focusing on problems and do more of what works. That doesn't mean ignoring challenges, it means choosing to build on strengths and successes, and deepening our appreciation of small things, at home, at work, and in your community. Small group meetings include a facilitated discussion and easy exercises - no prior experience or knowledge needed. Registration includes 4 meetings, all materials, and snacks.
